 1.      How often should I change my oil?

Our area and driving conditions fail under the manufactures recommend “Severe Driving conditions”. Based on these guidelines we recommend oil service every 3 months or 3500 miles.

2.      If I have to leave my car for repairs, how will I get to work?

We offer a daily shuttle service to assist with your transportation needs. For extended major warranty repairs we also have a limited number of loaner cars, and if you choose to rent we can help with those arrangements.

3.      What are your business hours and how do I leave my car at other times?

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday 7:00am-6:00pm Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm. If you need to drop off your vehicle at any other time, please fill out on of the after hours envelops located at all the main service doors. You must remember to leave a good contact number and always sign the envelope. Once you have signed, place your keys in the envelope and place the envelope through the slot in the door.

4.  My check engine light came on, what should I do?

If you have recently added gas, check your cap and make sure it is tight. If it was loose your light should go off after a few drive cycles. If your cap was tight or if your light stays on, you should make an appointment to have the light checked out. If your light is flashing you will need to have it checked immediately.
