Driving a car can be difficult enough for some, so what do think would happen if you had to drive a car using only the image from a drone? That's a question YouTube personality Tom Scott recently found the answer to after he nominated two of his friends to drive a Mazda Miata around an obstacle course wearing goggles that only portrayed an aerial image of the course via a drone. To say the stunt was a challenge would be an understatement, but it was an amusing experiment and you can see it for yourself in the full three-minute video below!

Grainy and poorly lighted, the footage displayed using the drone didn't give the drivers a clear view of every obstacle they approached along the course. It was easy to miscalculate how close the car was to each object surrounding it and there were a few close calls throughout video. However, with its compact shape, the Mazda Miata was the perfect car to use for the stunt, making it easier to maneuver around each barrier. We don't recommend you try this at home, but if you want to get an idea of how it's done, check out the video for quick insight.
