The 2017 Mazda CX-3 will arrive this month at Reliable Mazda, and it’s packing quite the collection of features and amenities. Receiving slight updates for the new model year, the crossover is once again considered a top option for buyers in the market for a stylish, capable sport utility vehicle.
Changes to the Mazda CX-3 for 2017 include the addition of 18-inch wheels to the CX-3 Touring and a lower cost of entry for Mazda’s i-ACITVESENSE package. The latter comes with Lane Departure Warning, High Beam Control, automatic headlights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, Mazda Radar Cruise Control, Automatic Smart City Brake Support and Smart Brake Support – each designed to improve safety.
All base Mazda CX-3 Sport models continue to come with everything from power mirrors, cloth seats and keyless entry to Bluetooth connectivity, push-button start and a six-speaker sound system. The Touring and Grand Touring models add even more features and sport-upgraded interior materials, such as heated exterior door mirrors, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped shift knob, leather seating, navigation, automatic climate control and LED headlamps.
While each trim has its own perks, all three come fitted with a SKYACTIV-G 2.0L engine, delivering 146 horsepower, and a six-speed automatic transmission with Sport mode. This configuration is available on either front-wheel or all-wheel-drive models.
